You can create a help item using
your own video clips, creative

take a few minutes depending on the length (size) of your video, site
activity, and your internet connection.
Get started with the FlipVideo.

Help explanation
ToonDoo
is an easy way to create cartoons. Once you create your series of
scenes, you can download each image as a png (My ToonDoos). Create a slideshow using Google docs; insert each scene as an image. Download the presentation as a PDF, and then upload as a help item.
Xtranormal and similar animation sites like GoAnimate
have download options for a fee. We're exploring ways to collaborate or
earn alternative access for animations, but if you have your own
account and can purchase a download to the proper format, you can
submit your animation as a help item.
If you have access to Xtranormal, use
of some gestures
and features may be inappropriate and will prevent your problem from
being approved.
Once the
animation is complete:
Go to "My Movies",
click on the animation.
Click the "HQ Download"
underneath, a pop-up will
appear.
Click "Request a High quality
download" inside the pop-up. It
can take a while for it to generate.
Then return to My Movies,
click on
"Hi-Res Downloads" on the button bar and you click on the file
resolution "640x480 MP4" to save the file to your computer.
Make sure
to rename it and add a file type like "additionMovie.mp4"
