TAX ID

Eve announce that we now have an EID (Employer Identification Number). We can now open a bank account to manage our funds; possibly at Davis Monthan Federal Credit Union since they seem to cater to student club accounts.

Signature cards (people who can write the checks for the club) for such an account will be signed by Matt Johnson, the president, Eve Tzinas, the Treasurer, and Stuart Reges, the advisor, for the ACM student chapter.

COMMITTEES

The next officers meeting before the next General Meeting, a final determination of what committees and their duties must be decided.

BOWLING

Tentatively schedule an ACM bowling outing after the meeting on November 18th.
