2017-05-08 2:55 p.m.: Here are the final class grades. The quantities of grades in each category are interesting. The A, B, and C quantities are almost the same (16, 18, and 16, respectively), with only a handful of students with lower grades. As promised, I reviewed the exams of those students who are just below a grade cut-off. I didn't find any grading errors that would have improved anyone's exam score. (I did find a deduction that I thought should have been larger, not that it matters.) I retain the finals for at least a year, meaning that you're welcome to see (but not keep) your final, and that there's no rush to do so. I wish you all a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing (and/or profitable!) summer. And, congratulations to those of you graduating! I hope to see you at the big U of A commencement (fireworks!) Friday night, and/or at the College of Science commencement Saturday morning. --lim P.S. The class evaluation response rate was just 50%. At least it was better than 460's, which was under 40%. :-( ===================================================================== Class: CSc 372, Comparative Programming Languages (Spring,2017) Section: 001 NOTE: The "replace the lowest midterm with a percentage-equivalent copy of the final exam score" policy is in effect; these scores reflect this adjustment.
