VPN Installation and Use

You must have a UA NetID in order to use the VPN Client software. For details on how to establish a UA Net ID account, change or reset a password, as well as account descriptions, see https://netid.arizona.edu.

Cisco and UITS are moving away from the VPN Dialer client in favor of the AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. This is installed by going to https://vpn.arizona.edu and following the prompts for installation. Once the client is installed, it can be launched like any other program (i.e., there is no need to go back to https://vpn.arizona.edu).
