In putting together the material for the sequence explorer
application, we decided to include all the procedure modules
that are needed so that it would be self contained. There
turned out to be 52 procedure modules!. This illustrates how
complex applications depend on library material.
The program material is available two ways:
ZIP (155 KB) (with MS-DOS
line terminators) and GZIPped TAR (119 KB)
(with UNIX line terminators).
The script Build builds
the application in a batch environment.
