NADCON DATA FILES

These files are used by the nadcon() procedure to converting geographic
coordinates from one geodetic datum to another.  For more information
about NADCON conversions, see

The nadcon() procedure reads ASCII equivalents of NOAA's .las and .los
files.  These equivalents were obtained on January 29, 2000 using the
NOAA utility program NADGRD.
