I thought it was, but this feature is of no real use.  Any X-windows
editor you use on Unix will live in its own window, and you can switch
between editing and hugging with the click of a button.  Or you could
use Emacs and run hugs from an inferior shell.  The latter will let you
cut and paste between hugs and Emacs.
