Subject: handins via Eudora

I understand the assignment handin time is midnight this evening. Now I am
*not* going to be around to notice what is going on, so if you are at all
unsure that your mail will get through you should definitely think about
sending it in before 5:30 when I will be posting out the last list of
received handins. I am noticing a couple of problems in the bounced mail I
receive:

1. You must check that the return address is correct. Try replying to this
message and check that the "From:" line at the top of the message you see
your username. You will not revieve a bounced message if this is wrong
*and* your mail will not get through. Up until 5:30 I will be letting
people know they have made this mistake (as I do see a bounced message),
after 5:30 you are on your own.

2. You must be sure and send the message to 415360Ass1@cs if you add *any*
extra punctuation (especially '.'s) or letters or spaces your message will
*not* get through. However if the only mistake you make is getting the
address wrong, you will get a bounced message telling you of your mistake
and you can send the message again to the right address. So after you send
your mail, wait 1 minute and then check to make sure you haven't got a
bounced message.

good luck!
