You are required to submit a scanned transcript from each college or university you have previously attended or are currently attending. Please be sure to scan the key to your transcript to ensure that we are aware of the grading scheme used by the institution. The recommenders will be sent an email with information on how to submit their letter on-line. Each writer also has the option of sending his/her letter directly to this department but we highly recommend that the letters be submitted online. Hard copy letters may also be sent (as a last resort) using the mailing address below.
